Replenishment Is Coming Home

I made this recording as I was guiding some clients through a Replenishment practice, to be present in their bodies.

Every time you focus your attention inside your body, you turn up the volume of taking care of yourself.  Your inner environment needs your attention and your loving care.  This meditation takes you into your body. It’s not about how many times your mind flits out.  How you build inner strength and sturdiness is to focus on how many times you return your attention inside.

One comment from a client was that “she is getting to know her inner self and is able to handle the challenges in her life, being focused and clear, by doing this work.”

Build your focus and your inner steadiness as you practice connecting to yourself by doing the Replenishment Practice of this recording.  Move fluidly through your body or be still as you focus your attention.
